Constance Henry is a drag queen and theatremaker based in Dublin.

One half of the Play Not Funny collective, Constance co-wrote "Who Robbed Annie Queeries?" with Niall Keane for Scene+Heard and Dublin Fringe 2024.

In 2025, she wrote and directed "Fifteen Minutes of Shame" for Scene+Heard, and a rehearsed reading in the Pearse Centre theatre.

As a drag artist, Constance performs under the name Sasha Shame.
