Rebecca Ngoie is a Dublin-based actor, theatre practitioner and a UCD graduate with a BA in Film and Drama. A skilled theatre-maker, Rebecca's versatility has brought her work to a number Ireland's most exciting festivals.
In March 2024, Rebecca worked as Assistant Director for UCD DramSoc’s presentation of “The Zombie Monologues”. Shortly afterwards, the play was submitted to the Irish Student Drama Awards, where it won Best Overall Production, among other awards.
Rebecca made her Dublin Fringe Festival debut in the same year, when she worked as a costume designer for 'Ololufé' (Arínọlá Theatre Company).
Rebecca returned to “The Zombie Monologues” that September, this time as Director, when the play was selected as UCD DramSoc’s 97th Session Inaugural Show.
In January 2025, she served as Assistant Director for UCD DramSoc’s production of ‘King Lear’.
Rebecca has performed in 'It's F' and served as costume designer for 'The Big Chop'. Both plays were shown at Scene + Heard 2025. Rebecca's work in make-up artistry can be seen in 'Into The Silence' (2025), which was shown at Mallow Arts Festival.
Rebecca worked as both Assistant Director and alongside Luke Duffy in the Costume, Hair & Make-Up department of the LASTA Festival production of “The Zombie Monologues”.
In February 2026, Rebecca played the role of ‘Erin go Bragh’ in a staged reading of “Magical Girls” (Trip Hazard Theatre).
